In Kundalini yoga, a Sadhana is to be practiced for 40 consecutive days; you perform the same kriya, or meditations and exercises everyday. Sadhana helps to break and/or create habits. This particular 40-day Kundalini Sadhana will help us transmute anger into Righteous Rage. The Sadhana is designed to be completed mostly your own, with several virtual gatherings throughout the 40 days. We’ve also designed our practices to fit into our modern lifestyles. Expect a 20-30 minute daily investment of your time. We encourage you to complete the practice in the morning, but it can be done at anytime before midnight. More details sent upon registration.
What’s Included In Your Investment:
Sadhana Syllabus
A curated, interactive syllabus that will outline the essential details for your 40-day Spiritual journey. There you will find the instructional video*, information on live Zoom sessions, as well as additional videos and resources to help you deepen your understanding of the practice.
*The instructional video can be used to practice the meditation on your own. It will also be used on the days we do not host a virtual zoom gathering.
Scheduled Live Zoom Sessions & Recordings
Throughout the 40 days, there will be additional scheduled live Zoom sessions to engage with the community. A “Zoom Calendar”, with specific dates and times, will be provided in advance. All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants via the whats app chat.
WhatsApp Accountability Group
Participants will be added to an exclusive WhatsApp accountability group. This platform will allow for connection, support, and dialogue with the Brujas of Brooklyn and fellow participants throughout the journey. Engagement in the chat is not required to complete the practice, but it is highly encouraged.
