On Thursday August 8th, the peek of the Lion’s Gate portal, we begin a 40-day devotional practice to the Divine Feminine Principle of Creation, or the Adi Shakti. Chanting a devotional mantra, or sacred set of words, will help us to tune our brains and hearts to the attributes associated with divine femininity (which all beings embody, regardless of gender): receptive, soft, maternal, fierce, supportive, consistent. There’s no need to remind each other that the world is in dire need of more femininity.
